No, it is not automatically backed up to any cloud service. If you would like that capability your would have to sign on to a cloud service like MS "One Drive." If you want to have the files you send to the this device also sent to One Drive (or some other service), you can join this drive with a cloud "drive" using a "Mirror" configuration. Search for "Windows Mirror" for info on how to do that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You could always create a Google Drive folder, or BOX folder etc that will be saved on the drive but those services are limited to how much data you signed up for. But yes you can set it up, with limitations.
