“What temperatures do you get with this drive when writing large files to it? Does it throttle when the temperature gets high?”

I ran this drive at full speed for 16 straight hours, and the temperature stayed at perhaps 8 degrees above ambient. No overheating issues that I noticed.

The temperature has yet to exceed 85F, so there has not been a high temperature to cause throttling.
