“I'm using this player as my video drive to attach to my Sony UBP-X800M2 USB port. The Sony player could handle my 18TB drive, but this one (the 22TB) it freezes up or is only able to play one video at a time (not enough power). What player will work?”

Hello Kgerdes, Please be informed that the WD Easystore External Hard Drive is a plug 'n' play device designed and tested for Windows & macOS. We have not tested the drive with the equipment you mentioned.
