• A:Answer I returned it and just for the record I have no issues with Western digital, I still have 6 hard drives from them and never had any issues. It's bestbuy online that I'll never do business with again, they clearly sold me a drive as new that had been returned, whoever bought it replaced the 22tb with a 150gb and then returned and got their money back. Not only did bestbuy resell it as new they didn't even bother checking to make sure it worked.

• A:Answer This is indeed a plug & play HDD but it cannot run on just power through a USB port. It requires its own power source and the HDD comes with its power adapter so you don't have to worry about buying one.

Q: QuestionI'm using this player as my video drive to attach to my Sony UBP-X800M2 USB port. The Sony player could handle my 18TB drive, but this one (the 22TB) it freezes up or is only able to play one video at a time (not enough power). What player will work?

Q: QuestionWhy is Best Buy saying the "Deal of the Day" Price for this is $149 and that it normally sells for $175? That is a LIE! This normally sells for $149 and usually sells for $139 or $129 when it is on sale for Deal of the Day! Best Buy is a RIP OFF now!

Q: QuestionI just bought this, unboxed, set up and it's making a clicking sound? Everywhere I look that is a sign of damage/dropping. So I am worried. Is it normal? Does anyone else hear a clicking sound from theirs?
