I returned it and just for the record I have no issues with Western digital, I still have 6 hard drives from them and never had any issues. It's bestbuy online that I'll never do business with again, they clearly sold me a drive as new that had been returned, whoever bought it replaced the 22tb with a 150gb and then returned and got their money back. Not only did bestbuy resell it as new they didn't even bother checking to make sure it worked.
