“Is it normal to just get flat out ripped off? I ordered this online and received it maybe an hour ago, instead of the 22tb drive I ordered it's I kid you not 150gb. I'm returning it tomorrow but if they won't take it I'm out 400$ which I can't afford”

I returned it and just for the record I have no issues with Western digital, I still have 6 hard drives from them and never had any issues. It's bestbuy online that I'll never do business with again, they clearly sold me a drive as new that had been returned, whoever bought it replaced the 22tb with a 150gb and then returned and got their money back. Not only did bestbuy resell it as new they didn't even bother checking to make sure it worked.
