“I am trying to do a clean install of Windows 10 to this hard drive. The Windows 10 installation CD does not have the driver for the drive. Does anyone know where I can get the drivers? Western Digital is no help. They want me to run an update utility.”

• The drive itself doesn't use a driver. If you need a driver then it may need a SATA driver.

• I've done a clean install of Windows 10 and have not needed any drivers other than the drivers included with the Windows installation. If you can, download Windows installation media onto a flash drive then install from there.
