• The answer is yes. Unfortunately you can’t get the driver from Microsoft. You need to go to the manufacturer’s site and download it from there.

• I have no idea if this device works or not as it did not come with any directions. I plug it in, nothing happens, and I have no idea what to do. Very disappointing. It has not been used and you can have it back for ten cents.
