“Can this be used to play games off of on a PC like World of Warcraft? My SSD is too small on my laptop and does not have room. I'm looking for an external I can play games from. Not just to store pictures and videos.”

• You would have to check on the transfer rate between your computer and the external. The specs might state one thing but reality is another. You would probably want to be sure you have a USB 3.0 port available on your computer as well.

• You would be better off buying a 512GB or 1TB SSD for your laptop and playing from that, external drives are much slower and made more for backing up and storing files
