• You'd probably have to reformat it with the Mac file system, but it's just a USB drive, so that process should be straightforward. I've taken plenty of Mac formatted disks and gone the other way, there's nothing special there.

• WD has some drives for sale that are formatted for apple?MAC. This drive wouldn't work as it's formatted either to FAT, NTFS, or ex-fat, none of which will work with Apple .Unless there is some kind fo Ex-fat config I'm not aware of for MAC, but out of the box, no.
