You'd probably have to reformat it with the Mac file system, but it's just a USB drive, so that process should be straightforward. I've taken plenty of Mac formatted disks and gone the other way, there's nothing special there.

This drive wouldn't work as it's formatted either to FAT, NTFS, or ex-fat, none of which will work with Apple .Unless there is some kind fo Ex-fat config I'm not aware of for MAC, but out of the box, no.
