Yes, if you shuck the drive (take it out of the enclosure), but that voids any warranty.

You will have to attach it to a computer or USB port on a router, this thing does not have ethernet port, and it does not have a computing unit to ran NAS apps like Plex, php, etc. It will need to depend on a device with a computing core.
