Look on youtube for video. I am sure you will find many of them on the site. But keep in mind that it could void your warranty.

Please try again later.I've done this in the past with other WD and Seagate drives with no trouble so I suspect you can do it for this one also though you will void any warranty. Also these days the cases are often snap fit or glued together so likely you will destroy the case getting the drive out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Certainly. Just remove the black casing with a flat head screw driver and then the adapter with a Philips head screw driver. You can easily put it in your computer with no problem.
