“I installed this hard drive on my XBOX ONE X a little while ago..my xbox one x is set to instant on and to download all necessary updates..when I turned OFF the console the hard drive wont stop blinking, its been blinking for 3 hours now how do I fix this”

• If the drive is on a surge suppressor, turn-off the power to the surge protector. blinking light on the external WD drive indicates there is power to it.

• Since there is no power button, you will need to unplug the power on this unit OR unplug the USB cable.

• I don't think that this thing has auto power down, so it will remain on even when your Xbox is off.
