• When listing the properties of the drive it reads 2.72TB

• Technically 1,024 GB, but some space I reserved for the operation of the drive, as well as any programs on the drive, such as automatic backups.

• It will be a little less than 3TB. You have drivers and other software to make it work with your OS.

• Depends on what you load onto it. It has backup software that comes with it, but you don't have to use it. You can format it to be just another external drive if you want
