“can it be accessed like a regular external hardrive without the ethernet wire? or is it cloud only? I'm learning these cloud drives don't function like external hard drives. I need something that can be accessed as a network from remote locations but also by a pc thru USB without using the Ethernet. Does this do both and how?”

• Yes, U can drag and drop files. And, it can also be accessed via wi-fi if U have it plugged into your router.
