Hello kray, Please be informed to access the device remotely you need to login to mycloud.com. However, to access the device locally on your computer, you need to map the device. You are still able to use it locally following these steps From the side menu, select Network. ... Double-click the My Cloud device and login with your local user account. Locate the device's Public shared folder. Double click the Public shared folder. You can now drag and drop files into (and from) the Public shared folder. Hope this helps
