“I want to use this to backup the camera roll on two different phones (my wife and I), can we backup our pictures into different folders so they don't get mixed up or will everything be mixed into one folder? Also, do we share an account or have two?”

Individual, private spaces for each user - Invite family and friends to create individual accounts. Each invited person can set up their own private space that only they have access to on the device. One account is created on the website and that account credentials is used on all devices with the software installed. Once the account is created you can create multiple folders to organize your files.
