yes it will. I'm currently using it with my ps4. very easy to set up

Yes this will have no problem working with either PS4/Xbox gaming systems. BUUUUT keep in mind that if you have the *optional* encrypted security password software installed on this drive you will not be able to access anything. Once you FULLY unlock and remove the security password until then on ONLY then you will be able to access the external storage device. (once your done using the device you will be able to reactivate the *optional* encrypted security)
