May not have anything to do with your issue but when Windows 11 “ downloaded itself” I lost my E-drive totally. Had to purchase new E-drive before computer would recognize it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you sure its the cable? I don't care what I.T. says, it's most likely not the cable. You really have to be rough with cables for them to be defective. If your still in your warranty period (2 years from purchase date for manufacture) I'd contact them and tell them the drive is defective. Have you tried a different usb port? Made sure the connection is secure? Hope it helps.
