I was caught by surprise i had to install wd app before being able to use the hard drive.. The installation seemed stuck at18% for about 10mins now.. Forcing people to downliad app before using the device is really unethical especially the device is and box is similar to the previous ones i bought which could be used just by plug in.. I hope the ceo and the team who did this is sacked for this.... Its jyst unethical and not customer orientated.. Users should be given a choice for wanting to use the app or not..
