• Yes, it will. I have used these drives on my Windows PC, which has both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connections. Both of the USB connections support read and write operations.

• Yes, but obviously limited to USB 2.0's maximum 60 MBps as opposed to 3.0's 640MBps
