Yes, the drive works great with my Windows 10. It is loaded with pictures and no problem. So far I'm very pleased and would recommend this HD.

I'm running the latest version of Windows 10, and I'm having no issues with it. But I don't do automatic backups. I always do my backups manually using Windows 10 File Explorer. If you're asking about their backup software, I can't help you.
