• Yes, the drive works great with my Windows 10. It is loaded with pictures and no problem. So far I'm very pleased and would recommend this HD.

• I'm running the latest version of Windows 10, and I'm having no issues with it. But I don't do automatic backups. I always do my backups manually using Windows 10 File Explorer. If you're asking about their backup software, I can't help you.
