“How is this "Ultra" drive different from the NON-"Ultra" drive?”

To be honest...... It's marketing in most cases; however, it can and sometimes means slight speed improvements, etc. But in these models, I have personally not noticed a difference as a "normal" user, but I did not benchmark them either. I ALWAYS go with the cheaper model..... Just saying
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The My Passport Ultra drive has a 2-tone metal case rather than plastic. It's definitely worth the additional $5-$10 cost (even better if you happen to catch it on sale!)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t know but I’m taking a guess some feedback better then any right? My guess is the 3.0 usb speed that’s a good reason to name it ultra Also the big storage Or could just be the name as a selling point. Hope this helped.
