Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It seems to best for storing games. If you look at the screenshot you cant set it to automatically install PS5 games to it. So you would have to manually copy them over to it. Even then it says you should play the PS5 games for internal storage more than likely because the speed is faster on those drives. I ended up getting one of the WD Black internal but yeah they are a bit more expensive than this. But if you are looking to have PS5 games and play them its a better option. PS4 games installed fine and played fine from this drive though.

That should be your key memory expansion storage you’re looking for. It’s hard and very delicate process to open your PS5 and inert it but it will work than just having little to no use of storage transfer and redownload it back again
