• Yes - the WD TV Live media player has been tested with and recognizes 4TB USB attached drives -- especially the My Book family of direct attached storage.

• Yes it will very easily, with a USB to HDMI or SVideo cable.....Very easy to set up!!!

• Mine does. I have a 3TB and a 4TB that I hook up to at different times. I haven't hooked them up at the same time. However, yes. It does work with a 4TB external hard drive.
