• The assembly on the Traveler is minimal. You'll just need to attach the wheels at the base and the lid, then insert the cooking grates.

• Not much. You have to put a axle rod through the base and put the wheels on. I couldn't find the cotter pins in my box, so I bought some. Other than that it was very easy. The green propane bottles don't last too long, so you might want to buy a hose that adapts a 20 lb propane tank to the 1lb bottle hookup.

• The only assembly is attaching the wheels, the gas canister, and placing the grill grates inside. It took me longer to break down the box it came in to fit in my bin than it did to get a fire started.
