The assembly on the Traveler is minimal. You'll just need to attach the wheels at the base and the lid, then insert the cooking grates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not much. You have to put a axle rod through the base and put the wheels on. I couldn't find the cotter pins in my box, so I bought some. Other than that it was very easy. The green propane bottles don't last too long, so you might want to buy a hose that adapts a 20 lb propane tank to the 1lb bottle hookup.
