“Would this device hold up against the elements if I mounted it outside?”

• Perfectly fine, I have had mine for about 4 months. It is mounted on the toolbox of my work vehicle. It had been through all kinds of weather and looks fine. The only noticeable ware is that I mounted it high so the top of the antenna catches a lot of wind while I drive. Now the shaft is slightly curved due to this. Other then that it still works perfectly fine and looks fine.
