“My run from the exterior antenna is to long for the provided 25′RG-6 cable. What cable do I buy to extend the length. Are any special shielding requirements needed or will any weatherproof RG-6 cable work? I will need a 50 ft run.”

I contacted the company they do not provide extra cable they purposely provided 25’ of cable to give the best signal trying to extend the length will loose your signal strength. I have an RV and ran my cable thru the window another camper with a 38’ fifth wheel mounted the Antenna to top of their ladder running the cable thru the slide

Adding cable to the system, any booster system, will cause signal degradation, so the system will not perform nearly as well as it could. If it's possible for you to have the antenna closer to the booster or vice versa, that would help.
