Your first problem is Verizon I have caught them in so many lies they have been going to send a tech to my house for 7-8 months now and still haven't been able to find my house!!!

You should be able to leave that blank or put in N/A since a MAC ID is for products that have internet access/ethernet capability - which these devices do not have. If you spoke to a Verizon rep, they were mistaken.
