• I believe when you set up the account for the install it uses your email to email you the code. If you didnt get it, check spam. If you still dont have it call the customer number. You should have been prompted or notified the key code is emailed or texted. I believe it allows you to choose how to receive key code.

• When they send the email to download, there's a code number with letters under the picture that says digital download. You can also chat with customers service and they will help you with the code.
