No, Webroot doesn't have a feature like that. In fact, based on my knowledge in being a computer consultant, I've never seen any antivirus product tell me that another antivirus program is present. It's like having double-protection, but that's not an accurate assumption. You'd have two antivirus programs fighting each other for system resources and space. Not a good deal. You need to uninstall the expired antivirus first. Then, go ahead and install Webroot. This will give you proper coverage.

Not sure if the Webroot will uninstall it for you. But it will pop up if you go to other sites that are not good n block those pops up.
