I will say they promise a lot and deliver on most none of it. Best Buy is on my last list of places I will go as they lie and apologize constantly and when asked a question they are not sure of hand you over to someone else. Poor service and advice. If you shop there I wish you the best, your going to need it if your situation is not an every day Q&A.
