• Dear Terrance; My best bet is to install Webroot, let it do a scan, and see if anything is found. Webroot does a good job identifying problems, removing virus threats. Even though you already have a virus, there is still hope. You can also top that with Malwarebytes, a free downloadable tool online. With both of these tools, you may get to the root of the problem.
