If you have an active subscription (meaning you are within the term of the subscription), then you have the latest coverage. Release Date is most likely just relevant to when the package was first made. If you don't have an active subscription, then you are at risk. You can either renew at Best Buy or pick up a new copy in a Best Buy store or on-line at bestbuy.com.
