Go to the Webroot website on the device you want it loaded on and pick the coverage product you want like Internet Total for instance and it will ask for your user id, type it in, then Webroot will install.

Make sure you have the icon on your PC. You have to go the app store and download it from there. and then it come with a key # that you have to entry it in there.
