Had two of the Geeks tell me it would remove viruses but it did nothing. Very disappointed.... Would not suggest this product to anyone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The geek told me my purchase of Webroot would do nothing for viruses.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should, but I am not 100% sure. I know Norton has a 1 time virus removal. However, I believe once Webroot scans your computer, it should find the virus and remove it. But if i were you, I would purchase the 1 time virus removal 1st anyway from Norton, just in case, or get in touch with Webroot customer assistance and ask them directly if they have that option, or if the anti virus protection software remove the virus for you after a deep scan.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From my experience with the product the answer is YES. I put it on my daughters laptop and did a full scan and it found 62 threats, our of them were trojans. It cleaned them up and the laptop works great again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's supposed to. When you download it, it will scan your computer prior to installing and clean the computer. If you have a virus that won't allow you to download the software, then your out of luck.
