“How to reinstall on same computer w/o SKU code. Lost the program after having issues with windows 8. Backed up the computer, but the anti-virus was lost. I have the disk, but the code on back of the case is not legible, so it won't let me reinstall. HELP!!”

My hard drive crashed and although I backed up everything to an external hard drive I did not have the product key code for microsoft word 2010 and therefore was unable to reinstall it. However your issue may be a little different, Best Buy will have a copy of your receipt with the last 4 digits of your product key code on it, that may be helpful. Bring the box to Best Buy, and if you don't have the receipt they can easily print you out a duplicate receipt and maybe you can make some sense of the numbers on the back of the box or maybe they can do something for you.
