I am not familiar with the laser unit you mention but have used many tens systems. The WellsCare is definitely not a Tens unit. It provides Light and vibration but no electrical stimulus.

However, they do work, it is just mild vibration with an infrared light. You don’t feel relief topically, but aches and pains are definitely reduced after using for 30 min or so…
