Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it didn't work for me. My window A/C is rated at 15 amps and when I plug the A/C it id didn't even power on. I'm not an electrician but I will assume that even though the A/C is rated at 15 amps it most likely draws more than that when it kicks on therefore the wemo cannot handle it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but your AC must restart after a power loss on its own. Simple way to test, have your ac on, pull the plug wait a minute and plug back in. If the ac turns back on without you pressing the on button your good to go. Where this is a neat idea, becarful not to cycle the unit on and off with in minutes of each other to often or you may damage the ac unit compressor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Before you try it, find out how many amps you a/c unit pulls!! Anymore than 15amps and it will not work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Leave the AC on and let the switch handle everything. You can set the time to turn on/off, and even the duration that it stays on.
