• I do not believe this particular model will work as a 3 or 4 way switch. I did get a notice from wemo that the newer model can be used as a 3 way switch. I would check their website. Hope this helps

• No. Not this one in particular. There Wemo has made one that is specifically compatible for 3 way switching.

• No. There are other WeMo switches for 3 way. Not sure about 4 way tho.
