Yes. It is a "Smart" TV, so it most likely has those channels already available in the "Smart Hub" (or some other such name---I'm somewhat fuzzy on the name of the setting as it was a gift, and I haven't actually used it myself, but that's what "Smart" TVs do, and I believe it's actually mentioned in the ad). If not, it is internet capable, so you could just bring them up through an internet connection. In either case, of Netflix or Hulu, you MUST have a paid subscription in order to stream from those services. I hope this was helpful!
