Does this TV have a built in web browser? null

Yes, it has a built-in web browser

No, it doesn't. It has a few apps built in, but no apparent way to add or download more. It does have Netflix, but no Hulu, HBO, etc. We added a Chromecast to it because it didn't have all the apps we wanted, and it was still cheaper than the next least-expensive Smart TV. The picture and sound are great.
