• No, it can't play movies from the USB. JPG or MJPEG image files only.

• Not if the files are .mp4. Yes if they are .avi. Bummer as most of mine are .mp4 so I'd have to convert.

• jpeg's are individual still pix...m-jpeg is probably aka mpeg or mpg, which is video...the m means 'motion'...the tv's manual/specs however say nothing about what size the video can or must be...i've seen other tv's that have very low/poor quality limitations on size so that could be a major problem...we need more info from the mf'r to know whats what
