“with my WD32HX1120 i have tried to adjust the aspect ratio but still have a 3" blacked out border on right and left of screen in standard format. I cannot get the full screen in standard and always loose the scores are blacked when watching sports.”

Had same issue when first setup. My TV is set to “standard” fo Picture Mode and Aspect Ratio(advanced settings) . Adjustment seems to work, shows entire screen.
