Clearly they are the sharpest knife in the draw. I do recommend if you buy a tv from them, that you pick it up and open it right away. I received a tv from them, Was not able to open it for 3 weeks, due to rearranging my living room. Found it to be damaged and they will not exchange, I must go through Westinghouse who is not answering my emails. Ridiculous, especially since I just bought a refrigerator from them and that's why I needed to rearrange my very small apartment.
