“wd50fb2530 westinghouse tv, it is on but there is no picture.The TV was originally on Netflex. Used back button on remote, went black with line at the bottom of screen . Both Tv/remote non-responsive since.This is first time with the above result. HELP”

Unfortunately it sounds like a problem with the motherboard that's what happened with our old tv. Hopefully it's under warranty
