Q: QuestionAre you able to access other apps outside of the ones that are pre-loaded? If so, how? Also, are there any video tutorials showing you how to use this TV?

• A:Answer To access other apps, you'll need a separate streaming device like a fire stick or Roku. You can't add additional apps to the tv.

• A:Answer This is very easy to setup and you don't have to connect it to internet or use the smart features if you don't want to. Other than a few extra remote buttons it is just like a normal tv. I got this for my older parents.

Q: QuestionHas anyone experienced issues with connecting to wifi? I have tried several times and I continue to receive a message stating that the connection failed. Thanks.

• A:Answer I have received this same message every time when I select the network and try to connect to it (i.e. vs manual connection). However, when I choose to Manually connect to a network and then typed in the network name and password, it connected to it fine and I have not had issues. No idea why this would happen but try manually connecting to the network and see if that helps.

Q: QuestionHow can I select a channel by entering its number rather than browsing through the channels one by one? The remote control does not have any number keys on it,it has arrows, ext, info, and other functions keys (see the attached picture).

• A:Answer I have the same issue. But it looks like the only way to get #’s is to download the Westinghouse remote app or even a different app that gives your phone remote capabilities

• A:Answer Yes you are able to mount this on the wall. I just picked this TV up yesterday and spent a couple hours with it last night. I'm guessing there is no rating because it was probably a Black Friday "special" purchase. Not a regularly stocked item.
