I have received this same message every time when I select the network and try to connect to it (i.e. vs manual connection). However, when I choose to Manually connect to a network and then typed in the network name and password, it connected to it fine and I have not had issues. No idea why this would happen but try manually connecting to the network and see if that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i have the same TV but my issue connecting to the WiFi was because the router was set to broadcast in a 5Ghz bandwidth frequency and the WLAN card in the tv itself is only able to scan within 1Ghz - 3.5Ghz when i looked up the card itself so if you can go online to your routers settings and set the SSID and the output channel frequency or bandwidth to a 2.4Ghz name and output it should find it and connect with no issue
