• I recently had the remote freeze but not the TV and for some reason the channel changer buttons work but not the volume or input. I turned off the TV and I waited a little bit turned it back on and it was fine.

• Yes. I have to turn off the TV by turning off the surge protector. It happens to me sometimes when I'm turning off the Youtube app.

• Yes I have specially when watching a video from the USB port and tryed to stream from my smartphone youtube the picture whent black, the sound still playing and couldn't heven shutoff the tv.
