When you are looking at the television you want, look for the section that says "Pickup" - it is above the Add to Cart button. Click "See all pickup locations", you may need to provide your zip code to find the closest BestBuy that has the tv available.
You can always call your local BestBuy or stop in and ask an associate for assistance.
